    new top tree, lower the tubes, or order some riser extensions from loner industries (forum member on here) all different ways to get the same results.

    new top tree will keep your options open for new bars in the future, though.

    i swapped out the top tree to get rid of the stupid integrated risers.

    bought it from a member on here, think it's off an 07?

    Yes they are drilled. Wire was pretty easy to get through.. They are 1.25 inch bars. non-stepped.
