    Hello Kevin, on the my Street Bob bag; that is a LaRosa Solo bag https://www.larosadesign.us/
    They just strap on to the frame,(very easy and cheap). There are about three other types of solo bags for the Street Bob also (Licks, Garage Leather...), some may be better...
