I haven't been to Biff Burger or Quaker Steak in several years. I don't know how it is these days but the last time I was a Quaker on a Wed. night there was darn ne 1000 bikes. Way too many people for me.

You should try The Rivers Edge in Gibsonton. Used to be a nice little dive bar with a very heavy motorcycle presence on Sundays. New owners took over and have remodeled and cleaned up the place so now it's kind of an inside/outside Tiki type bar. They still host some well attended events and motorcycle people still come on Sundays but not as many as before.

Then there's Peggy's Corral on US 41 about 40 minutes south of Tampa in Palmetto. Sundays are probably as close as it gets around here to a genuine biker bar from the 70's but not as wild and crazy. Those of us from back then have gotten old! LOL. I usually hit Peggy's about once a month.

Anyway, welcome to the area. Ideal riding weather will be starting in another few of weeks.
