so the bead idea was good...but i decided to use 550 cord. it was working well. A little too well...as i was pulling the wires through the bars, i pulled off one of the connectors. So I think I'm going to have to take the bars off and try and find the connector inside the bars. FML...unless you have any other suggestions.

Hey man, your bar install guide is prepping me to do my install this weekend. Looking forward to doing them. I have one question, on the cardboard for the brake lever. Do you just depress the lever a bit and stick the piece in between the housing and the lever?

    Hey Robby,
Got my exhaust and handlebars done. Just wanted to send you a thank-you note for your help. Handlebars were easier than expected. Exhaust wasn't that bad either. Any ways, I appreciate your advice and help. You the man!

    Hey Robby,
Curious which fairing you are using?
    Thanks Ron
