Well......2017 114 CVO Ultra Limited Black Garnet/Electric Red Pearl. 8000 kms. and two new oil pumps.16002 kms. and the rear piston cracked from skirt up to wrist pin sending aluminum alloy pieces throughout the engine. Apparently the "piston oil squirter nozzles" at the top of the barrels were loose and not oiling the cylinder properly. Overheated piston & catastrophic failure. Really? $50,000+ motorcycle and no quality control? New engine under warranty but can't trust that year of bike. Traded 2017 for 2018 CVO 117 Burgundy Cherry Sunglo Fade. Heated grips stuck on #6-high. 2nd set only left one worked. third set OK for now. (Apparently these heated grip units are made in China). Massive hydraulic clutch server recall, these are made in China also. No quality control and cheap parts seem to be the new Harley mantra. Looking at 2019 Indian Road Master, full load $10,000 less than CVO Ultra. All made in USA and rave rider reviews. Any views??
