I was looking at your post on the American Custom exhaust slipons.
Would it be possible to get the dimension of these like pipe diameter and length along with the hole size they drill in them ?
I bought a set of mufflers the other day super cheap and I want to try making a set of these baffles.
If I had the diameter of the pipe and the length of the pipe at least I could start there but the more the merrier .
Looks to be a good winter project and if I come up with a plan that works I could share the info.
I know I can make these for way cheaper that what it costs to ship them to FL and back or even to just buy the baffle .
Thanks
Dave
I am experiencing the same issues you are with rear whining when the bike heats up. Tried the 85/140 in the tranny then put it itn the primary. Still have the noise when hot. I tried dry graphite spray, helps a little. I saw the drive belt specs for '23 models have changed. The measurement and method has changed in the new maintenance manual. I'm going to slack mine off a tad using the NEW specs
