    I just noticed my inbox is full, so I deleted a few messages to clear things up.

    I contacted HD by email at H-DCUSTOMERSERVICE@harley-davidson.com (you can find this on the HD website) with the VIN for the bike I needed information on. It took a while, but they sent a Word document with all the information from a data dump from their database. You can call, but the people you speak to don't have any information, other than being able to look up your request. And sending an email will help eliminate errors in translation between you and the person on the phone.

    Note that the report from my request went to my spam folder, so check there before contacting them about progress on your request.
