G'day from Melbourne Australia. Congrats on your bike. I read an old post of yours that you had fender strut bolt caps on the quick release hardware. Where did you find these caps. Cheers, Mark

Jim,
I was reading up on a topic of shaved rear fenders and saw that you had this done for $100 in Central Illinois. I live in Bloomington and am looking to have the same thing done. I was wondering where you went? I've got a 2010 Deluxe and right now I want to fill in the three mounting holes for the luggage rack and passenger seat and then obviously repaint that section to match the HD White Ice Pearl. Or, I also thought about getting a used fender and having it shaved and repainted to match my bike, that way I could swap out fenders if I ever was planning on taking a passenger on a trip.
Hey Jim, I seen the old thread about u installing the Progressive drop-in for ur front forks. I read u filled ur fork tubes up with a heaver weight fork oil 1/2" from top. Did u drain all the old oil from forks and refill, and did u run into any problems? I just ordered my drop-in kit so was just wondering what other items I needed to buy before my kit gets here.. Thanks for any info that u could give.
I was searching for instructions for installing the headlight nacelle and ran across an old post of yours. Did you end up finding instructions for it? I ordered a kit and it didn't have instructions either.
thx man! mine 88inch pretty bone stock, too. when the time comes i plan on buying a mill the way id like it. a lot of my friends that have done more extensive engine mods seem to spend more time in the shop than on the road. id love to end up w/ a 100inch mill and just go stage 1.
