May want to move that, unless you don't lay over in the curves. I hung the Gremlin bell my Granddaughter gave me in the same location with the same hanger and there is nothing left due to it being worn out dragging across the tarmac in the turns.....

I tied mine around wires behind the frame just behind the water pump cover underneath. I used the leather tie that came with my bell.

 

Any issues with speed bumps?

 

Not that I’ve noticed.

 

I had my bell that low with a plastic wire tie. At some point the wire tie failed. l noticed it before l lost the bell. l reattached it with a stainless steel wire tie. So keep an eye on it.
