The owners manual has a reference to an accessory switch on a road king, which shows it on the right side of the nacelle. I didn't notice before but was surprised that my bike did not have this switch installed already. I was in the dealer today and sure enough saw two other '17 road kings and they also did not have the switch.

Is this the case for other road king owners ? Do you have to get the switch installed as an add-on ?

The acc switch was standard from the factory on pre-17 RK's. Didn't notice if the '17 RK I test-rode had the switch or not.

Hope the MOCO didn't cheap out and discontinue it this year.

 

They also opted out on the Limited this year. You want gotta buy kit for 139.95.
