Don't need the video. Just did it on my 17 RGS. Very easy on the Road Glide. Took 45 minutes. I used weed eater nylon cord to feed the wires through.

$35 for a "how to" video??? Holy hell. It better be a couple of naked supermodels doing the install...

If I can manage, most anyone can. I have them on my Road King and really regret not putting them on my softail. Never again will I install bars without them.

Lol, it's all good, just another option was all I was providing. I didn't really see any free vid's out when I did mine and didn't want to F anything up. It was the first time I had ever done bars and heated grips so I bit the bullet. Good luck man!

I've found the power connector (purple/black) but for the life of me cannot find the TBW connector. Is it hidden away somewhere?

Take this out and you should see it under there somewhere.

I did eventually find the wires. PO cut the connector off and stuffed the 2 wires under the covering.

Klock Werks sport flare

I'm on my second set of heated grips (style changes only), both have been just a few minutes to install plug and play in the gauge pod on a Road Glide.

Hey Beasley, is that the Klock Werks 14" sport flare windshield? Just wondering.. I ordered one, haven't installed yet. I have stock bars. Thinking it might be too tall for my setup. I'm 5' 10''... how about you? Thoughts or experience with the shorter version of that shield?

Thanks a bunch,
R.

It was, and worked well. I just got tired of the look and went to a clear ultra shield. The shorter 9" wasn't much better than the stock shield.
