Default New Addition to the Family

We just took delivery of my wife's SGS in Hard Candy Hot Rod Red. I am going to swap out her Streamliner series controls and footboards with the Airflow series controls that were on my CVO SG and add a saddlebag crash guard. I have to say they look great together. I can't wait for the warmer weather and clean roads so we can get out together. Still two to three weeks of winter left up here before we'll be able to enjoy them together. I guess we'll just have to settle for drooling over them every time we go into the garage for the next couple of weeks. Here are a few pics of our new M8s.

Great lookin' bikes. Love the colours. I feel your pain though. Took delivery of a two tone red ultra limited a couple of weeks ago and haven't even fired it up yet. 2 whole km on the odometer. I appreciate your "glass is half full" outlook of being on the road in 2-3 weeks, but I'm a little more of a realist and figure it will be about mid April. I do hope you're right!!!!

Cheers,

Martin

Thanks everyone, It was a busy day, picked up saddlebag guards for my wife's SGS and installed them. Then switched out all the Streamliner controls for the Airflow series controls. She's all done and ready to ride. My new AC for the CVO should arrive next week, quick change out with the Ventilator, and then I'm all done mods for a while. Here are some pics after the changes to my wife's scoot. I think the Airflow series look a lot slicker then the Streamliner ones that came with her SGS.

I am hopeful Martin. I think I've been on my Harley every year for the past ten years or so by the 10 April. That snowfall we got earlier this week my delay my start time this year because I definitely don't want to take them out before the roads have been cleaned of sand and salt. Are you a member of the local HOG chapter here in Ottawa?
