Any loss in throttle response in the low end of the rpm range after adding the header?

Are you talking about the PowerVision? You use it to flash the ecu with an updated map. You do not have to keep it on the bike. All it does for you if you keep it on the bike is:
1. Ability to Log data for map tweaking.
2. Auto tune. This is where you WOULD need to leave it on and add the wideband sensors.
3. Graphs and gauges. There are various gauges you could monitor while riding if you wanted to.

If you take it off the bike, IT DOES NOT effect the way the bike runs. Don't confuse this with a Power Commander V which must be on the bike to work.

Power Vision flashed the ECU with a new map
Power Commander 5, and other like fuel devices modify the signals coming out of the stock ECU to the injectors to "apply new tune" and get the added performance.

Was this done on a M8? or your 2016?

You don't need the wideband o2 sensors. It can Autotune with the stock narrow bands quite well especially if you are running a similar to stock tune that uses a lot of closed loop

Looks good.

Is that the 2 into 1, or the 2 into 1 into 2?

FM does great work.
