Well aside from the fluid transfer issue and vent fix when I first got it that should have been a recall IMO but was taken care of under warranty after the issue arose I love mine.
Kind of PO'd me that my brand new bike had a known problem and it wasn't fixed before I took possession of it.
Bone stock drivetrain down to the exhaust system 2019 FLHT Std. 107" with 15K miles so far and it's been pretty much flawless since the fix and she's seen some hard use in the desert SW running from storms in the triple digit summer heat.
I was luckier with my 2000 TC 88 FLHTC and didn't have the early cam chain shoe failure but still ended up going gear drives to be on the safe side.
Same old Moco song and dance but I am loving the M8 and will do a 114" kit at some point and call it good.

Three years and 13K miles on mine with zero problems. Rode solo from Oshkosh, Wi. to Dallas, TX two years ago and it ran great. Road from Oshkosh to northern Arkansas this summer with many side trips in the Ozarks. Again, rode great even in 90 degree heat.
