Likely not going to be any sales anytime soon on Road & Track 2/1's, demand is high and we're already running short on them. Also note if you are still planning on the 475 cam with stock compression the Road & Track is probably not the pipe you want if you are looking for low RPM power.

Thanks for that info! Guess I was under the assumption that a 2-1 was what I needed for low end torque.

The Road & Track has a large rowdy baffle for aggressive sound & power, it's not what the 475 cam wants in this application. With more compression it would be a killer setup. As I noted this cam is very particular on what it wants. Our E-Series 2/1 would work excellent with the 475 as it makes more low RPM power, love or hate the disc systems they flat out work. In the end if you are looking for duals anyway I would recommend an aftermarket head pipe (or modifying yours) and trying out any of the mufflers I noted earlier.

My understanding is that the only difference is the newer version is not stainless.

I ordered one the other day along with a new tune and hoping it comes in this coming week.

The Jackpot SP pipe is made from mild steel, it carries a 2 year warranty, and the collector is a bit different than our Jackpot M8 2/1/2 stainless pipe. Performance is the same and they both work with stock heat shields. At $349.00 the SP pipe is an excellent deal

Aside from the obvious differences between stainless and mild steel, what are the biggest differences? If I remember correctly stock head pipes are not stainless. I've had to have enough welded to repair cracks over the years. If life expectancy is equivalent to stock, the mild steel may be in my very near future.

Thanks
