I gave it a shot, just wasn't meant to happen by my hand lol. It sucks to spend more than I anticipated, but again, nothing to get upset about, it won't change anything. Plus I got pretty mad last night lol

Good Luck
I looked at the stock bearing and see a small crack where the missing needle is, my gut tells me that's where the crack came from.

Unfortunately this little mishap killed my budget, I'm gonna be happy to just get the motor back together and running with the cam and header

Really bad news, wish I could be there to help! You really have no option but to presume the roller has fallen out and find it.Dont believe it could be in the pump or cam plate you must have removed those and the cam to got to pulling the bearing. You need to follow Steves advice without panicking, one step at a time! Get yourself one of those very powerful 1/4" retriever magnets on an aerial extension rod or flex spring which can get into all the nooks and crannies. Also check it is not stuck to the drain plug magnet.Real sorry for your trouble!

It’s all good, I’ve come to terms with having the Indy go in and find it for me. It’s worth it just for the peace of mind that it’s clear. While I have the scoot there I’m gonna have them dyno it as well. It’s an unexpected bump for sure but at the end of the day it will be fixed the right way

Right now they feel amazing lol! But that’s because my nightmare of spending gobs of money has gone away. I told another member that’s been instrumental in helping me through this that I’m gonna get the bike properly dyno’d and take my wife out for a steak dinner for putting up with me last night
