I am no mechanic that’s for darn sure. What I would give to have just an ounce of the talent and mechanical ingenuity that I have seen here on this forum. I am sure many of you guys have a better grasp on what he did, than I do. To see the M8 retro engineered is pretty interesting. It’s amazing to me he had the wherewithal (and courage!) to make those changes. With the bike unencumbered by BCM and EFI, I wonder what type of power the motor can produce. AND, as Ip said, the idle is pretty cool.

That was an interesting mod to say the least, and it required a good amount of know-how to pull off.....
But I think of the money it cost to do it, and the lost value in a new bike by modding it that way, and I just have to wonder.... WHY????
But hey, it's not the first time I looked at a mod and wondered... WHY??????
PS- If he had thrown a kick starter on it too, I would have been truly impressed!
