Anyways, I went with Jim Palmer here on the forum has a new plan that will not let aftermarket parts void your warranty No big bore allowed on the plan I purchased but tuners cams exhaust I was told were okay Screaming eagle is totally covered but other aftermarket parts will not void your warranty just wont replace those parts.... One free year included
Well I hopefully I never need it but if I do I'll let you know if it's all it states it is.
My one concern is how they describe the Tape deck CD player or receiver but Jim stated that will cover the GTS Information center
well if your looking I would at least check his Extended warranty plans https://www.hdforums.com/forum/membe...agent-com.html

We have partnered with the best Extended Service Plan Companies to offer riders the multiple options 👉 Click Here to Quote
✔️ Stock Motorcycles
✔️ Upgraded Motorcycles (Tuners, Cams, Ect)
✔️ Full Performance Motorcycles (Custom Engine Builds, Ect)
Harley-Davidson is pretty good at "flagging" motorcycles for any installed aftermarket / upgraded components. We've created a program for Harley-Davidson motorcycles that have properly added aftermarket/upgraded components. This plan is active from the start of your original factory warranty. If Harley-Davidson's Original Factory Warranty declines a claim due to the presence of the upgraded components--this plan's coverage becomes primary. If there is a failure unrelated to the aftermarket/upgraded components, than H-D's Factory Warranty would still apply. This plan is essentially a bridge policy during the original 24-months. After the factory warranty is over, this plan is now primary. (Unlimited Mileage, $50 Deductible, Transferable, Cancellable for a refund, Tire & Wheel Coverage)
Another key benefit with this new plan--you don't have to install the H-D or Screamin' Eagle components within 60 days of ownership to gain coverage. These components are covered, when properly installed, throughout the ownership of your motorcycle! It's your bike--let's customize it the way you want and make sure coverage options areavailable.
I get it--no one wants to pay full price. You will see a dramatic discount over the Harley-Davidson ESP that is administrated by CNA.

P.S. We are signing up Harley-Davidson Dealerships with this new program as well. 22 Dealership are already signed on. The point of this program is not to REPLACE H-D's ESP. However, if you are planning on changing your exhaust, adding a tuner, changing the cam, ect--let's remove the "gray area" or "worry" during a claim. Spend less money on this plan and lock in coverage! 👉 Dealers reach out. There is no enrollment cost. No production requirement. Just better value for your riders that don't want to leave their bikes stock.

I went the same route, @JimPalmer was patient with all my dumb questions and helpful when finding the best plan for my needs, and my wallet. He also does insurance, full coverage on my 20 EGS with above average coverage and agreed value on my chopper, again with above average coverage for less than $1k per year.

Somes days in Wisconsin it feels like Canada! (❄️❄️❄️)
Yes the coverage is valid and I'm authorized to sell these plans throughout the United States and Canada. One question that always comes up--"Will my dealership ACCEPT this plan?"
👉 If your dealership or independant repair facility doesn't want to call the adminstrator for claims authorization--you as the contract holder can. This is rare; however, it is a nice back up plan if you find your self somewhere with poor customer service.
👉 If you call your dealership PRIOR to enrolling and they say they won't work with our administrators--we can call the dealership and put their mind at ease. Usually these dealerships then sign up to offer our plans as well!
Motorcycle Agent by The MVP Insurance Agency is also licensed to sell insurance in 30+ states. The insurance companies we've partnered with offer better coverage than what you will find with Geico, State Farm, Markel, ect. It's all about REPLACEMENT Coverage. If your motorcycle is stolen or destroyed--you don't want a check for market value or actual cash value (ACV). You want the ability to replace your motorcycle with a brand new, current year model--no depreciation. You bike still essentially NEVER lose value.
👉 I have a 2015 Limited that is insured on this type of policy. You have to lock in the coverage while the bike is 2 years old--so model years 2019 and newer qualify. Then for as long as the policy is in force--replacement coverage never expires. If my bike is stolen tonight--I get to buy a 2021 Limited and the policy pays for it! Yes please!

🏍️💨 Harley-Davidson Extended Service Plan Options 🏍️💨
Why would I look at buying a plan other than the CNA ESP (H-D's ESP) that my dealership is offering?
Other than an obvious reason, PRICE; the Harley-Davidson Extended Service Plan doesn't provide coverage if your bike has been modified.
👉 Go to "NON-COVERED CONDITIONS" section of their contract: "Non-Covered Conditions include, but are not limited to, the following: 13.) Your Motorcycle if it has been modified with any aftermarket and/or non-street legal alterations to the powertrain, the suspension, and/or non-EPA compliant exhaust system if the ESP claim was caused or contributed by the modification of the non-compliant system."
👉 Then keep reading: "Your Motorcycle if Harley-Davidson has voided, suspended, or rescinded the Harley-Davidson Factory Warranty.
Stock Motorcycles are easy to cover with an Extended Service Plan. If you are not planning on changing the exhaust or adding a tuner--we can sell any of our plans at a huge price savings over Harley-Davidson. If you ARE planning on or have installed/modified your motorcycles--we have (2) Options.
Autrella Extended Service Plan: This plan is designed to cover motorcycles that are New or Used. If Harley-Davidson declines a claim during the original factory warranty due to a modified components (Flagged VIN), we can turn the claim over to the ESP Administrator. This plan is essentially a bridge policy for the claims H-D says NO on--due to the upgraded components. Once the original factory warranty has expired, this plan becomes primary. The actual aftermarket component is not covered; however, a non-related claim for a covered component would still be approved.
Eagle Guardian Extended Service Plan: If you are looking for the aftermarket/upgraded components to be COVERED--this is the plan for you. No other Extended Service Plan's coverage will extended to upgraded components: Cams, Tuner, Ect. All stock components and upgraded/aftermarket components that are essentially to the operation of the motorcycle are covered--with a short exclusion list.

My experience with Discount ESP, AKA Autrella has been profoundly disappointing. Despite what appeared to be clear coverage outlined in the policy documents, my claim was summarily denied. The "Dealer Relations Manager" responsible for my case rejected the claim based solely on email exchanges, without any effort to verify the damage. This decision felt entirely arbitrary. Only after I escalated the issue by filing a Consumer Complaint with the State did they reluctantly offer a third-party inspection of the damages.
However, there has been no progress or resolution in the month since then. The Dealer Relations Manager has become unresponsive, ignoring my emails, and the Google Voice number provided leads straight to voicemail. Additionally, their corporate address is merely a USPS post office box. If you are in the market for an extended warranty, I strongly recommend seeking alternatives. Autrella's lack of accountability and communication is deeply troubling.

While Jim may seem like a decent individual, his background as a 0311 doesn't inspire confidence in his intellect.
(Marine joke)
He presents himself as a broker or agent dealing with various insurance lines, but it's doubtful he holds any influence over the company's operations. I'm prepared to delve into this matter independently through legal channels. Autrella Assurance Inc is registered in my state despite being a Delaware company and offers the option of pursuing resolution through the court system for a fee of $125. It's disheartening to see companies like Autrella put on a facade of competence when accepting payments, only to vanish behind Google Voice numbers and PO boxes when customers need assistance. This behavior is disrespectful and reflects poorly on the company—a common trend in today's business landscape.
It's worth noting that the company seemingly emerged online in early 2020, coinciding with my policy purchase. However, there has been minimal activity on social media or other platforms since that time. This lack of updates or engagement gives off a fly-by-night impression, suggesting a lack of stability or commitment to ongoing communication with customers.
