I have an Arc Audio PSM for sale that was used for 2 weeks and the micro USB port broke off. This is a problem that they are tracking and they replaced the whole circuit board. He told me that its an upgraded USB port that is secured better to the board now to prevent future issues. None of the Q values were altered and still at factory settings. The EQ was changed which is something that you would do anyways. It comes with all the harnesses it originally came with along with instructions. I decided to go another route and I'm using JL's Fix now. I accept payments thru PayPal and it
