Foremost here also.&nbsp\\; 08 SERK.&nbsp\\; they were higher than others, but had the guarantee full replacement for next 2 model years.&nbsp\\; I liked that option being it was a&nbsp\\; screamin eagle.&nbsp\\; Of course, Harley doesn't have a SERK this year.
&nbsp\\;
+1 on what Texas Fat Boy said.&nbsp\\; Insurance salesmen won't always shop for the lowest rate unless you request them too.&nbsp\\; They don't want to cut their commissions.&nbsp\\; Good you fired him, that will get your point across!&nbsp\\; He can take less or nothing!

For under $500.00? Wow. If I had to pay $500.00 for bike insurance I'd quit riding. How old are you, 16?LOL&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; I know I'm old but, I get full coverage for under $300.00 and&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;I have an "08" UC.
&nbsp\\;
I didn't say my insurance was $500,&nbsp\\;I said Foremost offers $500 more in accessoroes coverage. Progressive $3,000.00 Foremost $3,500.00. Foremost Policy cost is $310.00.

Progressive was the cheapest I found at $426 / year for my 08 FLHT.&nbsp\\; USAA has stopped insuring bikes.&nbsp\\; It's underwritten by Progressive now.

I switched from progressive to foremost about 2 years ago, and the rates are a lot cheaper. Never had a claim, so I do not know how they are on the service end.

I have Geico. I have an 06 RKC and a 85 Yamaha Maxim and they charge me $312 for both. I never had a claim so I can't comment about that.
I will have to call Foremost next time around to compare.

I had an 02 ultra that I crashed and totaled in Janurary this year insured with Formost
This company asigned an adjuster to my crash who contacted me right away, and what I can say about Formost Insurance is they treated me VERY good and payment was fast. No problems what so ever which I found unsual for an insurance company.&nbsp\\; My adjuster was great to work with.
I now have Formost insurance on my new 08 Ultra

Ditto, Progressive from USAA was cheaper here in Florida - but guess I am going to check again based on this thread!&nbsp\\;

I originally got quoted about $460 for my 08 Nightster ($250 deducts on comp/coll, no under/un-insured coverage, safety course and HOG discount). They sent me a new bill for $700 because of two not-at-fault accidents on my record. Progressive quoted me $473 and Geico quoted me $250 for the same coverage with the two "violations". (Not sure why Geico is that low - sounds too good to be true.) My insurance agent is running some additional quotes for me - $700 seems like way too much, especially after hearing from several people that Foremost is generally the cheapest.

i've had foremost for a while. never had a claim though. I think they are priced right and I really like the fact that they give you replacement cost on a new bike for the first three years so no need to buy GAP.
