I dont know the diameter but you can go on thunderheader web site to find out. Dont know what bracket your talking about. This is not a complete 2 into 1 header system this is for 1 slipon muffler that will go on the header system. The mufflers did not come with a bracket. I used them on a true dual setup and the one muffler is missing so i only have 1 from the set. Ray
