F/S are like new saddlebag guards and rails, including all necessary mounting hardware. This is HD part no. 91216-97, at page 418 of the 2006 P&A catalog. These are take-off parts from my EG; I have gone for a more Street Glide look and replace these with just the saddlebag support rail--no guards or rails.
