You nailed it. looking at adventure bikes and a sidecar. Nit sure which town yet... We like the Guanacaste region. the Golden coast. And just fyi, for anyone reading... we started researching this move LOOONG before all the talk of fleeing the country! (This is not a "political" move! HA!!!)

Yamaha makes a good adventure bike that mos LatAm police use. Indestrutible.

 

Thanks for the info man. That's really helpful. I've been trying to find a few brand dealers down there. They have a few (like BMW and Triumph) I have found in San Jose. Trying to stick to reliable brands I can find down there for parts and what not. Trying not to buy anything I have to pay to import parts for... as Its expensive and harder to ship down there. I'll look into the Yam.
