It seems like a lot of Harleys on ebay do not sell. I would think that price plays a major role in this inactivity.

 

i have a 06 plain jane fxdi 18.5k miles forward controlls ac pipes leatherpro bags id say it wouldnt bring more then 9500.id say youd be lucky to get 12k out of it

 

harleys just dont hold value anymore. there like a used car, once you drive off lot it depreciates thousands. beleive me ,ive learned from experience. i will never buy a brand new one again.. you can get a barely used one for several thousand less and when you sell it you wont take that big a beaten on it. good luck. nutsy

 

Generally speaking accesories don't do much for resale. If you want to minimize your losses you should return the bike to stock and sell the accessories seperately.
