First, the good. Really like the first picture, with that stormcloud dumping rain in the background. And your 1200 looks like it's in great shape.
Now, the mediocre. Do you have the front fender? You may not like it, but most people would want to have the option to put it on and off. Also, wipe off your front fork, the slider oil marks are way up there, if you haven't done a fork service it clearly needs it from that picture.
Now, the bad. $4500 is way too high for a '99. Go to nada.com and run it for yourself to come up with at least a starting point for what you're asking. It comes up just over $3500 average retail for me. Believe me, mine is a '93, and although in my book it's worth a lot more, if/when I go to sell it's not going to bring me much at all.
I'm not trying to insult you, if you want and need to sell it in a hurry this is simply feedback.
