HD 1/4 fairing, painted factory vivid black (came that way) ($400), 4 - 49MM quick release clamps ($20 X 4), 1 - 49MM Locking quick release clamp ($40), Bung King 49MM brackets with headlight raise kit ($100), Cee Baileysheadlight replacement shield ($35), Cee Baileys replacement opaque top shield ($55), Roadawgz 6" Windshield extension ($169). Everything looks brands new except the 4 - 49MM clamps, which I give a 7 out of 10...they were used on another Harley windshield prior to getting the 1/4 fairing.

Total invested $879. Will be willing to sell for $600 plus shipping.

I decided to go with a JD Customs Repop FXDXT fairing.... I just like the looks better and dont need the detachable feature that the HD fairing provides.

 

any defects of any sorts?

Did you get any helmet buffeting at all?

What is the distance from the top of the headlight to the top of the fairing?

No defects, it looks brand new. The clamps are the only thing that look like they have usage on them. The one locking clamp looks brand new, the 4 others (it only takes 3 standard clamps and 1 locking clamp but I will send all 4 standard clamps plus the locking one) have some usage on them but they dont look bad....just not new.

The distance from the top of the headlight lover to the top of the shield, the way i have it now is 12". If you lower the shield where it sits flush with the top of the fairing, it is 10". And the Roadawgz windshield is a 6" extension.
