I ordered this from Custom Engraving LTD several years ago. I had it on my 2001 Road King Classic and transferred it to my 2006 Street Glide. I had the USA engraved on it with a dot I could color in as I road in these states. I used orange harley pinstripe paint and a toothpick to dot my states. You could remove this with a toothpick, a small cloth and some paint thinner or use a darker color. The black outline was done by Custom Engraving LTD. The part number is 61278-92, not sure what years it fits (please check with your parts guy) I do know it did not fit my 2010 Street Glide. This is great looking and in excellent shape. $40.00 shipped to the lower 48.
