Intro from the latest FNG

Just a quick hi and short intro from East TN. I have been riding off n on since I was a kid. Amd mow that all of our kids are grown and out of the house, I was 'finally' able to get my first Harley a few years ago. It's a '02 Road King that used to be a police bike. I'm the second one since it was patrolled the streets of Chattanooga. Spent the first cpl yrs simply enjoying riding it thru the Smokey's - something I've wanted to do since I was a kid. This past winter, I did a lot of upgrades / mods - 95 big more, high(er) comp pistons, cam, true duals, power commander, etc. Unfortunately, the little torque monster that I built showed me it's teeth within a week of having it tuned on a dyno. Gravel in a turn at crest of a hill. And on a road i travel Every day and 1/4 mile from home, smh. Compound open fracture of arm, cpl dislocations, 5 ribs, 3 vetabre, and LOTS of bruising. Oh, you wanna know about the bike? Well it came out pretty fortunate too - saddle bags, windscreen, front fender, lights, and some scratches on the tank. It could have been much worse for both me and the bike. No damage to the motor. Or the pipes believe it or not ��. It all just gave me a good excuse to get extended bags, new paint, etc ��. Being laid up, I had a lot of time to research and I want to say THANK YOU to ALL of you who recommended products.
