It's an unusually snowy day here on the west coast, a good day to justify all these 4x4's...I have a 1981 FLHS that I bought new, a 2006 Buell Lightning and a 110 ci 2017 Dyna Lowrider S. I think I've checked off most of the boxes on my list, but I want some advice on changing the stock forward controls on the FL to mid-controls. I understand the whole process of replacing the inner primary with a period correct FX or similar inner with the appropriate hole for the shifter, BUT, does anyone know of another way to get there? Do you know of a company that makes ( and stocks) any brackets that will allow an "over the primary" shifter set up that doesn't look like crap? Thanks
