Question Arlen Ness Flow Dash Gas Tank Console

http://www.arlenness.com/prodcat/dash1.asp

Anyone have pic's on their or any bike to share? There doesn't seem to be to many pic's on google. I'm doing either the Ness or HD's part below.

Not doing powdercoating on this part. I'd just like to see a few pictures of the Ness model, before i pony up for Harley's gas tank console.

No pics, sorry... But damn that HD console with the burst fuel door looks awesome! I would vote that direction...

In fact I just added that to my todo list!

Ya. That's the one I'm going todo if I go HD route. Looks sharp.

Why not just powdercoat and save yourself $250 bucks to get the same thing? Use that money to buy the fuel door you want, and get a custom dash insert.

That's what I would do.

On the Ness dash - not digging that it's plastic. Yeah, it looks nice. But for how long?

Here is a powder coated one for you to see. The gloss black looks great on Daytona Blue. I'm in the process of blacking out most of my chrome.

Thanks for the pic Maverick.

I went ahead last night, and ordered the Burst fuel door, HD tank console, black door button, latches etc. I want a very good sheen/shine on the top of the tank that I won't quite get with powder coating. Almost everything else on my bike I've powder coated & looks pretty good.

That sounds like an issue with your powder coater. My bars were purchased black, and I see no difference in the shine between my bars and my tank console, which was powder coated.

The company I use does a pretty good job. Just not what I want for this part. I also want very little to no difference between the console and HD gas door.
