Trade 14 LTD for 15 CVO LTD

The 7 cubes don't excite me enough, and for 10+k, I can add all the bling I want.
The paint sure is nice on them, however, and I understand why it's worth it to some....

If you are willing to lose on your 14 go for it. I bought a 15 CVO Limited because my wife was going to stop riding her own so I figured might as well go all out. Well, not long after she decided she needed a SG again. If we had know this beforehand I would have gotten the regular Limited. I do think you get your moneys worth but having owned it for a while I don't think I'm any happier with the CVO than I would have been with the regular one.

trade in 2014 LTD
I keep saying this is my last bike every time I trade and my next one will be a trice. I guess that is what keeps me going.I just like the extras and the paint on the CVO. I'll wait to see how bad the hit is and maybe wait till the fall for a good deal.My ltd only has 7k on it and is like new cond.

Don't you know the hype?
Only certain paint and accessories can be found on the CVO!
I had a baby CVO...the softail deluxe.
Nice bike.
But your right...trade offs are the extra cost
But on the other hand I never purchased anything for the bike...it had everything I wanted and no reason to add more bling.

When I bought my '14 Limited, I considered a CVO - the biggest motivator being my wife would have been 100% behind the purchase. I haven't liked each & every CVO Harley has created, but for the most part think they are beautiful machines. When I thought it over, I decided the $10k+ I would spend on the CVO wasn't buying me that much extra value. I'm happy with the way my Stage I runs, & I'll add some bling here & there as time goes by. I don't regret my decision in the least.
That said, they are beautiful pieces of machinery & I understand the cost of admission.
