Default SGS low fuel indicator

I have a 2014 SGS with the new Boom Audio with Gps.
My problem is the fuel indicator, when the gas gauge shows low fuel and the little gas pump light comes on the GPS should come on and ask if you like to fine the nearest gas station...My dosen't, It dosen turn on until after I full up and start the Bike again, then it's flashes on the screan and to fine a gas station.
Has anyone else ever had this problem?
took it back to dealer and they changed out the gas gague, Still haveing the same problem.

My gas light comes on then a few miles later it will ask to find a gas station. At least that's what happened the last time I got low.

Mine does the same thing. After I fill it up and then turn it back on it asks me if I want to find the nearest gas station.

have you had it checked out by the dealer, I have several other problems with my radio as well. HD customer care has been giving me the run around for months about it.

I asked this exact question earlier and I figured out that if you ride another 20 miles after the light comes on then it will ask you if you want to find the nearest station. If you fill up before running the extra 20 or so miles it does ask that same question after you fuel up the bike and start it up. An annoying bug that any decent programmer could correct... or another way to put it... a competent programmer would have not released it the way it works now.

And how much did you put in it then?

The light comes on with over a gallon in the tank...
