Whats your experience/preference?

 

Ive had good luck with Garden state, but havent worked with Bergen. Also had a lot of good service for parts @ williams which is about 20 minutes farther west and south from Garden state

 

What you looking to get done? You tied to going to dealers only?

 

+1 for the same exact question. I was about to post the same thread. Heard mixed rumors about both.

 

GS just helped me out big time with a jacket. Ordered it but decided (based on other similar styles on the rack) on an XL. Turns out I needed a medium. since it was a SO there were exchanges. but they helped me out and found a large and a medium to bring in for me to try on and exchanged for the medium. Really nice folks over there. Plus, ive been in there twice when Clutch has been on the radio so bonus!

Gs screwed up my wheel bearing install and then blamed it not going back together right on a ‘burr or something’ after I showed the tech guy the photos of a properly installed one. Other than service, I love gs
