I totally agree, the state HOG committee has really dropped the ball on this one, no wonder Jersey is always made fun of...&nbsp\\; at least my friend won first place&nbsp\\;in the weenie bite

 

It totally sucked.. But there are some nice roads and we found a cool bar the Vernon Inn.

 

glad we didnt make it there!...we wound cruising up to greenwood lake for late lunch&nbsp\\;then on to OCC also..After that we decided to run down into the city and stop a Hogs and Heifers on 13th street...we had a hell of a good day riding..and finished off blasting thru the lincoln tunnel making the wall tiles rumble[sm=smiley3.gif]...lol

 

I grew up in Warwick! Used to get in fights with the Vernon boys at the old Warwick drive-in behind the supermarket on the road to Greenwood Lake.&nbsp\\; I should blast down there some time.&nbsp\\; Used to live right on Maple Ave (94) the main thoroughfare.

 

Dawg, i'm right on top of the mountain off of Warwick Tpke in Upper Greenwood Lake, right by the rescue squad.

Vernon Inn kicks ***. Would have come out, but blew my stator in the bike, and waiting for parts.

 

Reading this thread made me homesick for NJ.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; Grew up in Pompton Plains, spent the 1st 26 years of my life there and I have family in West Milford.
Maybe I can get up there for next years hog rally (hopefully it will be better).&nbsp\\; Cheers!
