Wally World Quicksilver 20W-50 Motorcycle Oil
Ok I was in Wally World the other day and happened to see this on the shelf. Wally World now has there own Motorcycle oil. I picked up the bottle just to see the fine print on the bottom of the bottle. It said that it is made by Mercury Marine I am not sure if I would run it in a pinch at $7.97 a qt when Mobil 1 was right next to it for $9.97.

I have been running the Quicksilver oil for the past 5 years in 2 TC's. The oil is thicker then the Amsoil and M1. Both motors were quieter using the Quicksilver You can buy it through Wally in Qts or 1 gal bottles. Mercury Marine does not put their name on anything that isn't top quality. If you think Harley owners are **** about maintenance, Mercury customers are more so. It's a good oil and quiets the TC ticking. I only use it in the motor.

I'll have to look for it...the walmart near me doesn't have a great selection of oils. I used to run their conventional 20w50 in my old EVO, it was cheap enough I just changed it more often.

Yes, you might be careful to put it in a Harley as people with $70k boats with 420 HP engines.

Quicksilver is Mercury Marine Lubrication Division and I always assumed their powersports oils line would be just as good as their marine line.
Ive been boating for many, many, many decades, way to many as I think about it and have always used Quicksilver oils, gear lubes etc on my boats.
Products always felt first rate and make some very specific oils and lubes for marine engines, such as gimble bearing lube, cable lubes, corrosion guard, some really neat stuff and it is really what it is.
Example, their outdrive gear lube, they market as being "sticky" in case water intrusion into the gear case and they are right, its sticky, one year to save money I tried another brand, Pennzoil, it felt like water compared to the Quicksilver, not sticky either, felt so uncomfortable, I changed it back to Quicksilver after a few weeks.
Ok, with all the above said, its nice to read people happy with the motorcycle oil.
