Thanks everyone I went over to another dealer and got a o ring. No leaks. Ok on cars, new working on bikes. Taking my time. Going to get a bag of o rings to keep on hand.

I just bought a new drain plug from Harley. It came with new o-ring and threads had Teflon tape wrapped on the threads already.
