Default Just for the record, Mobil 1 really does...

...quiet down your bike. At least it does mine.

It does NOT cool it down.

I just switched from Amsoil to Mobil 1 full synthetic.

It had the opposite effect in my FXR...I couldn't stand all of the valve train noise.
I switched back to dino and that's where I'll stay.

Same here. As far as noise goes, M1 V-Twin 20-50 is by far the worst thing I've ever tried, Spectro 25-60 DINO oil is by far the best.

Different strokes...

I wasn't trying to start another huge oil brouhaha. Just a small observation added to the ocean of knowledge.
