Default Changing oil on 2011 dyna

Ok, I'm about to do my first oil change on my FXDF. Have the manual, and have looked at the ilustrations, and the directions. See where the drain plug is located... cant get over the fact that it looks like a drain for the transmision, which i understand its drain is the plug on the bottom of the what appears to be the same oil pan...
I was looking over the bottom of the engine case, and there is a plug located on the bottom right, parallel with the cam cover... its a 1/4" hex head, cant get over the fact that it looks like the more logical drain for the engine... cant find it in any illustrations, does anyone know what it actuall is... won't be able to sleep until i know what it is...

thanks,

Ha. I've seen it too. I think it's for the engine oil. I read somewhere that it's there for something to do with the manufacturing process and they just plug it when they are done.
I might be mistaken. And just for reference every drain on your bike uses a 1/4 inch Allan key. Tranny, engine and primary are all 1/4 inch.

thanks SCHREDDING... i think i just found my answer in another thread... looks to be a crankcase drain. seams several have mistakenly removed this, and then cracked the crankcase replacing it... glad i didn't mess with it...
the locations of the oil and trans drain plugs just seam odd compared to other motorcycles i have had...
