Amsoil 20W-50, API Service SG, JASO MA/MA2
I seek the wisdom and counsel of this forum.
I am new to HD, but not motorcycles. I have a 2018 Sportster 1200.
I have two cases of the above oil left over from my BMW days. The container clearly states recommended for several bikes including HD.
Does anyone have any experience with this oil?
Sifting through the oil threads (which could be a full time job), I have noticed that oil preferences are a function of both age of the bike and engine displacement.
Your thoughts? Thanks in advance!

That oil will be fine for any motorcycle you have that calls for 20w50.
