Hopefully better since M1 V-TWIN seems to turn grease at less than 5,000 miles. Amsoil too. All there in the UOAs at bob's that I linked too.

I've been saying for a long time the VR1 conventional is the oil to run in these air cooled motors. $5.60/qt too by the case. But due to the sheep mentality, it's not even a choice here. Go figure.
Here ya go

Well I've got just a little bit over 1000 miles on my last oil change with 20-50 V Twin and looks like it’s just been tipped out the bottle on the dipstick.

Try doing more than 3000rpm and put some actual miles on it then get it tested because this means nothing. Actually made me laugh.
Why do you think people pay for UOAs. My oil looks like new on the dipstick when I change it. Good grief

Boy your a really smart guy , you should work for the oil companies and not waste ya time on people like me ..... Let me know on how ya go.

And you miss quoting me adds to your level of smarts.
I think I said after a 1000 miles of my oil change.

IE I’ve ridden a 1000 miles on a new oil change it looks like new.

Im not sure how many ways you want me to put it so you understand, But hey just spring back with any additional information you think I should suggest to appease your intellect, Or help you with reading or comprehension.

Wiz Out Dick 😂

I typically ride 10k ~15k miles each year. I've used Mobile way back in the day then switched to Amsoil for quite a few more years. Now I use whatever brand name syn oil that is on sale. I have regularly sent in my UOA samples on my car and Harley. All results have come back that I can go another 1k miles. Typically I change my oil at 5k to 6k intervals.
I have never had an oil related problem or have ever heard of anyone else having an oil related problem when changed per mfg's recommdations and filter change also.

I've never seen an oil turn to grease, but then I don't check oil 24/7/365. Mine has always been black as coal when I change it. If oil is as clean as when people put it in, it's not working.
