To be honest, I don’t want the bike anymore. In Ohio, one of the 4 parameters for the lemon law is 30 days in the shop within the first 18,000 miles or year. So if they want to sit on it, so be it at this point. They did call finally yesterday to tell me it was on the rack and they were trying to figure route the throttle & torque disconnect, which I already knew was the problem from the codes. Just a disappointment so far, 40 days of ownership and 25% in service.

Mine is one of the first Pan Am Specials to roll off the assembly line. I had the heat shield fall off the exhaust (which you don't have to worry about anymore, and my exhaust was replaced by HD), and my battery died on me on a trip (dealer did a software update, and haven't had an issue since). I've put on 17k miles on it now, well past warranty, and it has been bulletproof otherwise (knock on wood!). Absolutely love it. Is it perfect? Far from it, but I've never had one of those, and I have owned many, many bikes. Would I trade it for anything else right now? Only another PAS.
Just remember to keep it in perspective. Good luck with it!

If things keep happening, then I am totally with you. Right now, it's just one issue, that will hopefully be resolved soon.

I don't disagree with that statement. I'm in Delaware (Wilmington) also. KTM are 'reasonably' close but BMW or Ducati pose challenges. Brandywine HD are just 12 miles away and have taken care of me in the past.
