Can someone check on 2017 velocity red Sunglo? I found PPG paint codes 944055-1 and 944055-2. Base is a gray metallic or billet silver and top a red pearl. My friend who owns a body shop inquired and was given a price around $655 (quart) his price and only available from back east. Of course colorite has it on their site for around the normal pricing. Any help confirming or even getting the formula would be much appreciated.
That price would be about right for quarts of both layers. Quarts are 333 a piece and pints are 200 at PPG. PPG will ship these colors anywhere in the US. I'm not aware of them shipping Harley to other countries. Also, those codes are correct for PPG velocity red bad and top.
