Default "Knit Marks" on Rear of Saddlebags

Purchased a 2022 Street Glide Special and noticed some thick lines in the paint on the rear of both saddlebags. The selling dealership submitted a warranty claim but HD refused it. Says the marks are normal under manufacture and not warrantable.
This is the 3rd HD with bags I've owned and never had these marks before. I know HD moved to robots doing the paint but what happened to quality control?
Wondering how many have these marks?

Looks like the clear is not smooth at all, I think the only thing to try is to buff out that clear coat and see what that does.

Looks like you got some heavy orange peel there. Have it wet sanded and buffed and it should look a lot nicer.
