Having issues with the clutch after I swapped the stator on a 1990 sportster 1200. I put the clutch pack back on with the snap rings and did the adjustment of seating the adjusted screw and backing out a quarter turn. But after using the adjusters on the line, the lever feels like it's hitting something and won't go all the down. Its either all free play or it doesn't move. Any advice?

 

Make sure the ball and ramps have not come unseated.
