Default transmission leak

just had some work done on my FLHR 08 Compensator, Stater, all seals, bearings and bushings did a 2000km ride came home to an oil leak got that fixed main transmission seal primary side the guy told me if the leak comes back the job would be much more expensive around $2000 transmission seal main shaft tranny side, I also need a new belt and REAR HUB CUSH DRIVE RUBBER
I just spent about $2000 and of summer
This bike only has 77,000 KM any clues as to how to save some $$$ besides doing the work my self??
Also tranny oil foamy Ive never had that before?

So your current leak is between the transmission and the primary?

$2000 to replace the MDG seal is crazy unless that includes the new belt and cush drive. I would not have a lot of confidence in a tech that replaces a seal and then tells you that if the leak comes back you will have to pay for the repair. Get the service manual and a couple of tools and do the job yourself; not rocket science.
