noise from primary ONLY when in neutral
I have this problem on a 2008 FLHP where there is a loud rumbling noise from the primary side only when the bike is in neutral. it goes off when shifted to the first gear. i replaced the following parts
inner primary bearing and race, clutch hub, compensator assembly, transmission main drive gear and bearing, transmission side door bearings.
Logically, there is nothing else to replace. check out the link for the video.
