1,
I assume you tried this with the primary off?

The ring gear is attached to the clutch basket/ drum and held on the shaft with a LH nut.it will be solidly mounted with no flexibility
Are you sayng it moves in out? wobbles?

Yes what I'm saying is when I try to start the bike the Jack shaft assembly engages in the clutch ring gear and it starts wobbling and starts grinding and choose at the teeth I put a new ring gear on it I've put the another clutch pack on it I put a new ring gear on it put a new starter put new bushings in in my bell housing covers put a new jackshaft assembly and yet it still does the same thing

If the basket is loose its loose, if not, the transmission shaft is. It cant be both ways.
In either case, you should be able to grab it and move it by hand.
I don't mean rotate it.
I mean- In and out, or cockeyed.

Yeah I tried that and I cannot move it by hand it only starts wobbling when the jackshaft assembly and gauges the ring gear and tries to turn the bike over then it just grinds
