Unhappy Primary chain misalignment

Hey all how are things going? So i have a 95' dyna fxds conv. I changed out the stator and went with the drag specialites heavy duty 32a stator with a thicker center rotor .476" as compared to the stock one .222". Not really realizing i might be screwing myself over (still not sure). I removed the shim that went in behind the stock rotor when installing everything like it said. However assembling everything i noticed my primary chain is at a slight angle on the tensioner shoe roughly .063 (1/16th) . I tried to measure the difference between the front half and the rear half of the chain like the manual said to do with a straight edge and measuring closest to the compensator and the clutch sprocket. However i couldn't really get a very accurate measurement on it. Can anyone tell me, is it going to really mess things up if i run it without verifying and aligning it true? There isn't a shim for the clutch side correct? I didn't see any listed anywhere, that would be the only thing i could see as being an option. Should i go back with the stock rotor and not use the drag specialites because of this?
Thank you very much.

The chain alignment needs to be less than 0.030. No shim for clutch side..

I went and looked at the parts diagram. There is an inner spacer that can either be trimmed or replaced.

Do whichever you can handle easiest.

are you talking about the "shim" / "spacer" that looks like a washer that sits directly in between the rotor and shaft extension piece?
If so i already removed that and it is still pushing everything further out than what it was and so it is still throwing it off.

Nope, the one that goes into the seal.

Use the stock rotor. It will charge just as well as the DS (that is going to require too much modification to make work).

This is the easiest.. I've blown a center out on 116 ci TC. It's not really needed on a 80 ci EVO..
