CO/Utah Trip Advice....
The WY/Montana trip fell though this year.. Decided we didn't want to spend 4 days in the truck (2 up 2 back), just 1 day trailer then ride so.....
Hitting a few spots we haven't been before, any advice would be appreciated on this route..
How far can you ride in the Canyonlands ? Thanks !
Day 1
Sante Fe - Pagagosa Springs - Montrose
319 mi 6 h 47 min
Day 2
Montrose - Gunnison - Crested Butte - Naturita -Moab
307 mi 7 h 45 min
Day 3
Moab - Canyonlands NP - Fry Canyon - Torrey
306 7 hr 10 min
Day 4
Torrey - Bryce Canyon - North Rim
273 mi 5 hr 53 min
Day 5
North Rim - Gallup
314 mi 6 hr
Day 6
Gallup - Santa Fe
199 mi 3 hr

You could spend all summer branching off of your scheduled route and still not see it all! When I go to that area I know I am going to run into someone that suggests a detour for a "must do" route. You will have fun. Keep in mind , later in July the better the chance for afternoon shower.
