Highway 20 through Ohio
Im headed home ( Metro Detroit ) to get my bike this weekend and then headed back to Chicago on a business trip, typically i would take US12 but me and my buddy are looking for a new route and see that we can take highway 20 straight across Ohio without dipping down too far south. Is this a good road to take across Ohio with scenery and nice road conditions , or is there a better route to take ?
Thanks
Thanks

Farming country mostly, but if it is a change of scenery for you, go for it.
Not too far off of your route (if you're into H-D Poker Chips) is the Elkhart and South Bend dealerships.
Depending in the time (of day or night)you go, keep an eye out for deer and ride safely.
Looks like it may be a wet ride (and 58 degrees) on Saturday and a bit drier on Sunday (and 70 degrees) but forecasts sometimes change

Between the Indiana border and Toledo us20 has 3 slight veers and 3 broad s curves, no change in elevation. It is dead flat and straight. As for scenery, there is a self storage unit on the south side near pioneer. Perfect practice for a ride thru central Illinois.
I rode Michigan 60 once, but it only goes as far as Jackson.
